![]() Otherwise, to me this is a pleasant surprise. Transformation is intuitive for the most part without instructions, the hang up initially being the lower torso transformation and the neck plate. Reminds me of Takara’s Movie The Best Hound figure. The tarp adds to the fun as it can be configured and attached in different ways(riot shield, cape, battering ram when attached to the wrecking ball, arm cover, et al). Articulation is better than expected with the knees and elbows able to bend more than 90 degrees. There’s hollow spaces but some parts are covered up in a clever way. The waist swivel is split at the pelvis, wish it was higher up. ![]() Some of the arm joints are very tight, I do wish the knees and ankles were just as tight. As an homage to Prime Bulkhead, you might be better off with the Prime RiD voyager Bulkhead(which was a different mold than the First Edition figure but might be closer to what you may prefer and may fit in your CHUG collection as a CHUG Bulkhead, YMMV).īuild quality is good and stands out. As a dual homage to both Prime Bulkhead and movie Hound(especially the latter and the Takara Movie The Best Hound figure), this works for me. However once I started to see it more after release and started seeing it as a possible homage to AOE/TLK Hound(which seemed like an homage to Animated Bulkhead who was inspired by G1 Hound), I came around since it felt like the circle was complete. Product dimension - 3.19" L x 6.26" W x 9.Was going to pass on this figure initially as I wasn’t too thrilled after seeing the initial images.Bulkhead may be a gentle giant most of the time, but this wrecker is always ready to kick some tailpipe. Harness the power of Energon with the Transformers- Legacy Voyager Prime Universe Bulkhead robot toy.
